My husband and I would like to let you know about how great of a job one of your plumbers did for us. We started out with what we thought was just a clogged drain... This soon turned into a major plumbing adventure! From the very first time that Jeramie McCarty arrived, we had absolutely great service. He worked into the evening getting us enough drain to make it through the night. He was back the next day uncovering the magnitude of our sewer problem (I now know more about 1940's sewer system than most)! Jeramie did some great problem solving to help us figure out a solution. He coordinated with City of Boise workers to make sure that we were taken care of quickly. He was very professional and worked very hard- staying late a couple of nights so that we did not have to sleep elsewhere. He is definitely an asset to A-1 Plumbing. I will use your company in the future and recommend A-1 to friends and family. We really appreciate all the hard work that Jeramie put into solving our plumbing fiasco.
